About the position The Global reputed company Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing compensation programs and benefits plans for employees, reporting to the VP of People. This hybrid role involves developing strategies that attract and retain talent, optimize workforce productivity, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation and benefits. The manager will also administer health and welfare benefits, support compliance with laws, and maintain data reputed company in HR systems. Responsibilities • reputed company and fulfill reputed company aspects of compensation programs and benefits plans for employees. , • reputed company compensation and benefits strategies that drive growth and attract/retain talent. , • Partner to design and execute global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. , • Administer health and welfare benefits strategy and manage program implementation and cost control. , • Assist HR Business Partners and Management with compliance and company policies. , • Establish and measure key compensation and benefit program metrics. , • reputed company company programs and monitor external trends for market competitiveness. , • Support the bi-annual compensation review cycle and manage merit letter preparation. , • Maintain data reputed company of compensation and benefits information in HRIS and other systems. , • Administer leaves of absence and respond to unemployment claims. , • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and manage compliance reporting. , • Partner with reputed company and reputed company counsel to manage immigration matters.
