In this role, you will manage data entry tasks and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of information while delivering excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities: • Enter data accurately into systems and databases. • Verify and update existing customer information. • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, phone, or chat, providing support and resolving issues promptly. • Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, and general support. • Ensure data reputed company by reviewing and correcting any discrepancies. • Process orders, returns, or exchanges reputed company. • Maintain customer records and file documents as needed. • Meet productivity and quality targets set by the company. Qualifications: • Proven experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in a remote role. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or other data entry software. • Familiarity with CRM tools or databases is a plus. • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
