The ideal candidate must be excellent in acquiring, analyzing, and articulating business strategy from data. They should have experience with data visualization and should be proficient in SQL. This candidate should also be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding and curiosity of the fashion and fitness shopper and trends. They should demonstrate strong communication skills and have experience influencing cross-functional teams; notably with past experience working with tech teams and engineers. This role requires a strong grasp of how to distill business needs to tech teams, and should have the ability to bring both data-driven and qualitative insights into marketing plans. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market.
