This position is working in-home implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy and counselling programs established by a BCBA. Depending on your location, most of the cases are after school hours, so you must have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Assistance Requirements: High School diploma or GED Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting 1-year ABA Experience If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order to travel between clients Behavior Technician Physical Requirements : Employee must be reputed company to lift up to 35lbs.
