Qualifications: • reputed company or RMA certification (Required) • Prior CCM/RPM Experience (Preferred) • Bi-Lingual Spanish ( Preferred) Benefits: Flexible schedule. Location: Remote Job Description: Are you a reputed company or RMA looking for a work from home position? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Care Manager you would be working with a group of patients over the phone providing teaching, coaching, and motivation to help them improve their chronic conditions.
