The candidate needs to have a track record of successful executive (CxO) interaction, consultative selling and leading the delivery of successful consulting engagements in this area. A Bachelors degree (BA/BS) is essential with an advanced degree highly desirable along with previous "Big Four or Five" Consulting and reputed company & Risk Management Consulting experience. Strong experience in several of the following technical areas would be expected. Required Core Technical Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing reputed company Identity and Access Management products reputed company OIM, OAM, OID, OUD, OVD, OEM, SOA. 5+ years Java/J2ee development experience with JDeveloper. Experience with reputed company Identity Manager 12c, reputed company Access Manager 12c, reputed company reputed company Directory 12c, reputed company Identity reputed company Service, reputed company Internet Directory (OID), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), reputed company Identity Governance (OIG), reputed company reputed company Manager (OEM) and reputed company Virtual Directory (OVD). Experience with upgrading the reputed company Identity and Access Management environments to 12c version required. Experience in creating/deploying new SOA composites and workflows using JDeveloper. Experience on OIM (reputed company Identity Manager) connectors for reputed company AD (Active Directory), reputed company Exchange, PeopleSoft and Office 365 required. reputed company Access Manager experience with configuring different authentication schemes including Kerberos and Federation. Experience in developing reputed company Identity Manager adapters/ event handlers. Installation and configuration experience of reputed company Identity and Access. Management products in a high availability architecture. Additionally Has Certification as a Certified Information Systems reputed company Professional or be reputed company to sit reputed company first six months for the examination, or CISM. Written corporate governance policies. Experience working with senior management at large multi-national corporations. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to reputed company management levels reputed company customer organization. Ability to identify key decision makers and project supporters. Job Description Deep understanding of identity and access management fundamentals and ability to assess reputed company state and reputed company needed workflow, provisioning, authentication, authorization, and associated governance and policies. Design, integrate and implement Identity and Access Management component Build governance programs linked to business processes with a clear reputed company and well-defined goals. Analyze existing business processes to support provisioning of resources and to ensure compliance with reputed company and regulatory requirements. Architect comprehensive Identity and Access Management strategic design plans and project approaches according to our established methodologies. Assist our customers in developing a complete reputed company Identity and Access Management program. Assist our customers in designing, specifying, and implementing identity reputed company.
