PURPOSE: This position is responsible for providing primary support for ABAP. programming area to meet client business requirements with the ability to reputed company Development solutions to support business systems, to reputed company business liaison function to offshore teams, and to collaborate with Korea HQ to enhance/implement best practices. reputed company ABAP Developer will be accountable for ERP project and enhancement assessment and execution matters including service delivery (break/fix) on our CBU's reputed company ERP instance.  The reputed company ABAP Developer will collaborate with other team members to ensure that enhancements are delivered, in a cost-effective manner without negatively impacting quality, as well as providing support in resolving service delivery matters and ensuring service are met. Education                                                                                                                                                            • Bachelor’s degree in information technology discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. reputed company Work Experience (Yrs.)                                                                                                                              • 3+ years’ experience in the IT field. • 3 or more years of professional experience solving business problems with technology solutions, preferably in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry. • Hands-on ABAP programming experience is a must. • Ability to set expectations, explain and champion detailed technical concepts to peers, management and business partners. • Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem. • Excellent customer service skills required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving reputed company environment. • Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills. • Strong System troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Broad Knowledge with some of the programming techniques.
