Senior Financial Analyst

Role Description

This position involves analyzing and managing resources that provide financial analysis support to management.

• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Effectively manages projects to ensure financial reputed company and reconcilability.
• Provides leadership, clear communication, and expertise in recommending improvements to procedural, internal control, and system processes that support financial planning and analysis.
• Develops processes and financial models that support efficient and accurate analysis and reporting.
• Effectively manages areas of responsibility to meet established deadlines and business urgency.
• Identifies trends and developments and presents findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company field with 7 or more years relevant experience.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in developing meaningful financial analyses to include analytics, business insights, and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify variations and trends, reputed company practical recommendations, and drive implementation with business leaders.
• Solid reputed company working knowledge to include relationship between P&L and Balance Sheet activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Highly reputed company with sense of urgency to provide timely and accurate deliverables under tight time commitments.
• Flexible and reputed company to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership and personnel at reputed company levels.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• PeopleSoft and/or reputed company reputed company ERP working experience preferred.
• Advanced reputed company skills preferred.
• reputed company experience preferred.
• Preference given to candidates that reputed company in Eastern time zone US due to business operations.
