The successful candidate will have solid experience in implementing sourcing initiatives, leveraging social networking sites, and using innovative sourcing tools and strategies to find passive and diverse talent. Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company partners to reputed company and understand position requirements.
- Build talent pools by maintaining a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates and cultivating a strong network of passive talent.
- Manage relations with residency programs for General and Specialty Dentists as well as Hygiene Schools.
- Participate in strategy calls.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in reputed company or sourcing; dental experience preferred.
