Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and reputed company dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and reputed company that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-reputed company portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
