Overview reputed company Dental is looking to fill a Financial Analyst role reputed company the reputed company team which will support the Monthly Reporting Process, development of monthly forecasts and the annual budget process. The position requires solid analytical, organizational and communication skills. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, reputed company and will have exposure to the CFO and other Senior Leaders of the company.

Responsibilities

• Finance liaison with reputed company to provide business and plan/forecast support, as well as ensure consistency between actuals and plan/forecast
• Manage day-to-day cash and liquidity operations
• Ensure bank accounts for daily cash management are adequately funded
• Prepare and distribute the daily cash position of the organization
• Prepare and distribute weekly cash flow report
• Improve the weekly cash flow forecast process
• Implement tracking and forecasting of capex spend
• Handle daily operating issues reputed company to banking and treasury and assist with bank account management
• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and YTD variances of actuals to budget/forecast/prior year, leveraging analytical tools to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise insights on drivers
• Analyze, identify and communicate key reputed company, expense and EBITDA metric variance drivers at the Region, Office, Class and Business line level
• Identify and explain trends and variance drivers, key performance indicators, risks and opportunities, and reputed company recommendations to key members of leadership
• Enhance processes and reporting, recommend and implement procedures to resolve data quality issues and ensure consistency between multiple areas and reporting systems
• Support the annual budget development for reputed company and expenses
• Key subject matter expert for Adaptive budget/forecast tool
• Provide assistance in development of quarterly Board of Directors presentations
• Provide financial support to Marketing/Clinical teams with business cases, ROI and other new initiatives
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections using an advanced level of reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Finance or reputed company
• Four to Six (4-6) years relevant treasury and reputed company work experience
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, and reputed company
• Strong computer skills, including the use of reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and financial ERP systems, reputed company dynamics (Great Plains) is a plus
• This is an onsite role, Monday-Friday, at our Boca Raton, FL headquaters. No relocation or remote assistance will be provided for this role.
