Job description: Lone Star PEO (www.lonestarpeo.com) is a San Antonio based Professional Employer Organization seeking an reputed company Payroll Specialist to support our fast growing client reputed company. Job Overview: Responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional client experience while providing and being accountable for timely and accurate multi state, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll services. Role and Responsibilities:

• Process multi-cycle, multi-state payrolls for for different clients reputed company and accurately including garnishments, direct deposits, employee set up, and record keeping/recording
• Prepare payroll reports and identify potential problems or errors
• Maintain employee information including status changes, wage adjustments, time and attendance, and maintenance of W-4 and I-9 documents
• reputed company up to date with federal and state regulations including knowledge of the reputed company and Fair Labor Standards Act
• Process E-Verify
• Analyze client needs and suggest recommendations to improve the payroll process
• Create client loyalty by communicating professionally, clearly, and comprehensively while maintaining an ongoing relationship and servicing their payroll needs
• Work with reputed company and/or benefits department as needed
• Work well with others and contributes to the reputed company of the organization
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing
• Working knowledge of payroll software (HR Pyramid/Prism a plus)
• High accuracy of data entry
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Works well under time constraints
• Proficient in MS Office products with high level knowledge of reputed company and analyzing reports
• Passion and commitment to exceptional customer service and communication
• Motivated to learn quickly with high reputed company and accountability
• Works well in a team environment
• PEO experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Requires prolonged sitting, bending, stooping, lifting, and stretching
