THE WORK This is a full-time remote position to support the Multi-Mission reputed company Defense programs managed at our Syracuse, NY facility. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
• Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
• Ensures reputed company commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
• Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for effective schedule performance management.
• Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between reputed company schedules and other program artifacts.
• Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to reputed company schedule risk assessments.

Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

• Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered an emerging authority in field reputed company the organization.
