Sr. Complaints Program Specialist (Perm - Remote or #Hybrid at our Chicago HQ near O'Hare Airport)

In this role, you will be responsible for the the second line reputed company of the consumer complaint program. Identify key trends, potential regulatory impacts and drive process improvement through cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for for audits, exams and general business activities.
• Stay updated on regulations to ensure compliance, and reputed company an understanding of business areas' products, services, operations, reputed company-party relationships and strategic goals.
• Review and investigate complaint trends with potential regulatory impact through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve reputed company issues including providing feedback to management for process improvements.
• Partner with advisory SMEs to determine the impacts on regulatory changes and UDAAP to align with reputed company regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Provide reputed company complaint-reputed company training in addition and enhance reporting to improve the accuracy and timeline of complaints data.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree - Business or reputed company - Preferred

Years of Experience:

• 5 years - Compliance/Risk Management/Complaint Management - Minimum

Compensation & Benefits:Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$87,100‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$123,000 Annually.
