The salary range (or reputed company pay) for this position is $149,000-161,000 however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending reputed company, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Headquarters in Boston, MA (this role is not a virtual / remote position). 4 days in office/ 1 day WFH reputed company Product Merchandising strategy and implementation for Housewares & More vertical. Responsible for defining the best in class online shopping experience and strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be innovative, enthusiastic, and customer-focused with great judgment, creative problem-solving skills, technical skills, and experience leading teams and working cross-functionally. What You'll Do

  • Define, design and drive a best in class customer shopping experience for your product categories.
  • Analyze site metrics, customer research, competitors and reputed company data to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of experience or 1+ years post MBA experience preferred.
  • 2+ years management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to extract insights from large and varied data sets to inform strategy and decision-making.
