Job Descriptionou will reputed company an impact as a member of our Exterior Services team by keeping landscapes attractive, clean, and well maintained. This includes moving lawns, irrigation, power washing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You must love working outdoors in different types of weather and enjoy physical labor.

- Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians: Landscaping! Which will include mowing, trimming, and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot, irrigation systems, maintaining pressure washing equipment, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment.
- Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians, Operators: Landscaping! Which will include mowing, trimming, and pruning year round. Performs grounds maintenance on the parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding ground areas to provide a clean environment, include traveling to multiple locations as needed. In this role you will also safely operate a combination motor vehicle of 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs, requiring a valid drivers license or certification.

- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance or reputed company field
- Enjoys working reputed company in extreme weather conditions, such as heat/cold and enjoy physical labor
- Have experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Have experience with irrigation systems including installation, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing
Are you a good fit for our Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians, Operators roles? Yes, if:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
- Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer that will be operated reputed company the scope of work.
- Must be reputed company to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required
