Remote Research Interviewer

Research Interviewers

The link between reputed company and the respondent is you, the interviewer. reputed company's interviewers are the only representatives from our company who are in direct communication with the people we contact on a research project. A high quality questionnaire in and of itself, does not guarantee that valid data will be collected. Interviewers must possess the ability, knowledge, and skills necessary to administer the questionnaire. As an interviewer, you will be reading and conducting surveys from various projects, with respondents over the phone. You will be collecting data for our various clients from the surveys you complete. The data collected is sent to our clients in aggregate form (in total) from reputed company the surveys that are completed.

Important Position Information

Our call center is fully remote, work-from-home. We are looking to add Research Interviewers to reputed company based in the Nashville area. reputed company will provide reputed company equipment necessary to work remotely, but you must be able to provide the following:

-You must have reliable WIFI service to use. Properly working internet is a condition of employment. -You must have a quiet work area, free of interruptions during your schedule shift times. -Be able to dedicate your full attention and time to your assigned tasks during your schedule shifts. -The ability to set up your computer equipment.

Position Type

Part-Time - reputed company shifts are Monday through Friday, 15 hours/week

Training Requirements

Training is Monday through Friday for three weeks and you MUST be able to attend reputed company sessions. No exceptions. The start date for training is to be determined, however we are looking to hire workers as soon as possible.

Experience

-Call Center experience is preferred -Must be 18 years or older

Skills

-Type 20 wpm w/ 85% accuracy -Ability to read and speak clearly in a professional voice -Strong communication skills -Intermediate Level Computer Skills -Team Player

Eligible applicants will be scheduled for a brief interview are required to pass a reading evaluation.
