We are currently looking for passionate, reputed company, and reputed company Modern Work Sales Specialist professionals to join our teams across various business groups, for varying customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. In the Modern Work (MW) Specialists team, we are looking for sellers who are able to reputed company and win strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end Modern Work thought leadership, drive significant customer value and reputed company transformational customer outcomes. As a Modern Work Sales Specialist, you will engage in consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration and execution of end-to-end Frontline worker, Employee Experience, Teams Rooms and Phone, reputed company Windows Experiences as well as Copilot opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. As a Modern Work Sales Specialist, you will specialize in one of the following categories: Modern Work, Employee Experience, or Surface. Responsibilities
As a Modern Work Sales Specialist, you will be a solution sales leader reputed company our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers. You will collaborate with a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and reputed company/exceed solution sales and usage/consumption targets for reputed company workloads in your assigned accounts. You will help customers evaluate their applications, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction.- Sales Execution: You will collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and reputed company Modern Work opportunities.
- Business Value Selling: You will foster and expand reputed company’s relationship with Customer Business Decision Makers. Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and reputed company the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
- Scaling and Collaboration: You will collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Technical Expertise: You will initiate Modern Work Business and Information Technology Decision Makers conversations, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to reputed company recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.
- Sales Excellence: You will collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, do compete plans and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across the territory.
- Modern Work Specialist: Copilot, Remote Work, reputed company & Compliance, Teamwork, Insights, and Phone System to architect a solution by leveraging the Modern Work of reputed company 365.
- Employee Experience Specialist: reputed company Viva, an employee experience platform that brings together communications, knowledge, reputed company, and insights in the flow of work.
- Surface Specialist: Surface device and accessories portfolio.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications-
3+ years of technology-reputed company sales or account management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or reputed company field AND 2+ years of technology-reputed company sales or account management experience.
- 1+ year of experience with Modern Work solutions like: M365, Teams, Surface or other similar technologies.

- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or reputed company field AND 6+ years technology-reputed company sales or account management experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or reputed company field AND 3+ years technology-reputed company sales or account management experience.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
