Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Organizer/Packer at Journey Senior Move Managers. Applicant needs to be able to commit to three days per week, leaving 4 days of personal life balance time. The Organizer/Packer will be responsible for packing and organizing items and supporting seniors and their families during the relocation process. It is important to be a team player reputed company jobs include a Team reputed company and 2-4 organize/packer team-mates.
Training
Journey reputed company and reputed company Team members will train off-reputed company on Journey Culture, Packing Science, and Moving Trends of Seniors. Initial packing training before being sent on a job. Monthly training will be in person, by phone, and reputed company conferencing.
Qualifications
- Organizing, Packing, and Logistics coordination skills
- Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and reputed company for the needs of seniors
- Experience in the moving or relocation industry is a plus
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
