You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and get, want, and have reputed company to do the following things:
- Accurately and reputed company guarantee excellence of reputed company data entry required to process a prescription order for patients and providers
- Communicate with providers to verify prescriptions reputed company outbound calls and electronic communications
- Effectively discern and triage customer service and pharmacy technician responsibilities
- Proactively resolve data inaccuracies

- Provider communication (20-30 calls per day)
- Process refill requests from providers (20-30 per day)
- Process patient orders (170-200 per day)
