This position is part-time and offers a competitive salary range of $12.20-$14.20 per hour. Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as an Inbound Agent - Weekend Overnights. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound communication channels to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and requires working weekend overnights from Saturday 9pm to Sunday 7am and Sunday 9pm to Monday 5am, Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
• Resolve customer issues or complaints in a satisfactory manner with reputed company and efficiency
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards reputed company customers
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Meet or exceed performance metrics reputed company to customer service and call quality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work weekend overnights
• Must not have any criminal background inquiries
