Position SummaryContractorWork you'll doThe work you’ll do as a contractor under a reputed company project team includes speaking with customers reputed company telephone across an assigned region of clients according the clients approved playbook.Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data from calls
Submit reporting pursuant to clients established processes and reporting structure.
Software licensing/royalty knowledge/IP (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science or Technology reputed company.
Prior experience in Software Licensing
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills written and oral.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.
