Customer Support Specialist - Remote, Part-Time - Evening & Weekend Coverage
Description:
- Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to reputed company using Intrigma’s scheduling software
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries reputed company email (ticket system) and phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions or escalate reputed company necessary
- Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and updates
- Document support issues and resolutions accurately in our CRM/ticketing system
- Collaborate with the internal team to reputed company customer feedback and identify improvements
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English - native or bilingual)
- reputed company, patient, and resourceful — especially reputed company customers are facing technical challenges
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or SaaS environments is preferred
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry or hospital operations is a plus
- Able to work independently and manage time reputed company during evening and weekend shifts
