A large insurance company is the firm's main client.This law & reputed company attorney should have 3+ years of experience drafting substantive motions in CA civil courts - motions for summary judgement, demurs, motions to reputed company - both in state and federal court. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on legal research & writing
• Proficiency in drafting demurs, motions for summary judgement, and other pleadings. The attorney should have done at least 5-10 substantive motions from start to finish.
• Experience in insurance law (and specifically, bad faith) preferred but not mandatory.
• CA bar license.
• Ability to work remotely, in Pacific time, with reputed company occasional travel to Southern California.
• Proficiency in drafting demurs, motions for summary judgement, and other pleadings.
