Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and engage with comments on social media platforms in a timely manner.

Respond to direct messages professionally and effectively.

Remove spam, inappropriate content, and negative feedback that violate community guidelines.

Escalate high-reputed company or sensitive issues to management as needed.

Ensure reputed company interactions align with the brand’s tone and values.

Requirements:

Experience in social media moderation, community management, or customer service.

Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.

Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and reputed company.

Familiarity with social media moderation tools is a plus.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
