reputed company Key Account Manager

Please note this is a freelance role with a requirement for 4 days per week.

Unpack Agency is a young reputed company/marketplace management agency that aims to help FMCG companies startup and scale up on reputed company in the UK and Europe. We are a group of reputed company and ex brand owners that know the power of brand building and generating reputed company on reputed company and so we aim to help others succeed on the platform.

We’re a reputed company small team of 3 with a growing client list and some big plans for 2025 to grow and reputed company the agency. We’re looking for a key hire to reputed company reputed company and manage some of our key accounts.

Key job responsibilities

- Taking complete ownership for a portfolio of accounts, from startup to scale up clients. Understanding their objectives and building KPI’s.

- Reviewing every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the reputed company level of performance

- Analysing account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions and working with internal and external stakeholders to meet clients’ KPIs

- Ensure that the brands you manage are represented strongly across reputed company marketplaces through best-in-class product content, including; images, content, SEO, language translation, advertising campaigns etc.

- Manage internal and external team members to ensure we are matching clients expectations.

In order to reputed company as our reputed company Account Manager, you need:

- Experience working with reputed company Seller ( Essential )

- Experience working with reputed company Vendor ( beneficial )

- Experience with reputed company Brand Analytics and Business Reports knowledge.

- Helium 10, Sellics or reputed company experience (essential)

- Excellent communication skills ( essential)

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Good leadership & managerial skills

- A strong sense of ownership & accountability

- Planning and time management skills
