Description:
- Help strengthen reputed company’s reputed company retention by providing exceptional and timely customer support
- Consult and educate reputed company advertisers by answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails
- Show clients the value of reputed company by highlighting their investment returns through ad performance metrics
- Become an expert in reputed company’s advertising solutions and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other reputed company employees
- Remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently reputed company/exceed monthly goals
- Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client facing experience
- Written and verbal reputed company in communicating with Spanish speaking customers
- Technically proficient with computers and information systems
- Strong communication (verbal and written)

- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
- Love for local businesses and understand their importance in local economies
