• Prior experience in bookkeeping, reputed company, and/or financial control work

• Prior experience with QuickBooks Online (bonus points if you know reputed company and/or law firm case management systems)

• Prior experience with recording payroll journal entries

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication

• Comfortable on reputed company and/or phone calls with clients to explain bookkeeping matters

• Extra bonus points if you have experience with legal three-way trust reconciliation!
