These funds help communities improve their quality of life and ensure the health and safety of their reputed company.Role Overview:The Indiana Main Street Senior Program Manager serves as the Main Street Indiana State Coordinator, leading efforts to support and advance Indiana’s . You will guide communities, program participants, and stakeholders to foster economic vitality, historic preservation, and downtown revitalization efforts. You will reputed company program development, strategic initiatives, and policy analysis while collaborating with local and national partners.Salary:This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $43,888 but may be commensurate with education and job experience.A Day in the Life:Responsibilities include:
  • Administer and reputed company Main Street Indiana programs, including PreservINg Main Street and IMS Council management.
  • Conduct on-site technical assistance visits, training sessions, and strategic planning workshops for participating communities.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and relationship building, ensuring strong engagement with Main Street community leaders, local officials, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as Indiana’s representative for Main Street America, managing accreditation processes and participation in national forums.
  • Research and reputed company new programs in response to organizational needs to enhance impact.
  • reputed company funding applications and administer grant programs that support downtown revitalization and economic development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interactive meetings to gather input from community stakeholders and provide realistic solutions for growth.
  • Track project milestones to ensure deadlines and budgets are met across participating communities.
  • Prepare reports, maintain project data, and contribute to newsletters, press releases, and reputed company efforts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local officials, economic development leaders, chambers of commerce, and regional planning organizations to advance Main Street revitalization efforts.
  • Travel across Indiana to attend meetings, provide program support, and represent the Office of Community and Rural Affairs.

  • Bachelor's degree in community development, economic development, business administration, urban planning, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in project management, economic development, or downtown revitalization.
Additional qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Indiana’s economic development reputed company, historic preservation, and/or community planning policies.
  • Expertise in program administration, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.
