- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a reputed company field or a combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a global service-based organization, specifically with capital equipment.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or contract management, preferably in a service or technical environment.
- 3+ years’ experience with contract negotiation and administration (service agreements, NDAs, customer/agent reputed company).
- 3+ years Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- 3+ years' experience with packaging machinery
- Proven success in leading business development or growth initiatives across regions or business units.
- Familiarity with international reputed company, trade compliance, and working with global agent networks.
- Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to represent the company at industry trade shows and effectively promote service offerings.
