You will join other SE’s as part of the global presales team at Aria Systems.Position SummaryThe Sales Engineer will report to the Vice President of Sales Engineering and will be located to support a given region, being near a major international airport is a requirement. This role will support Sales Directors, Business Development and Marketing in a region, to actively engage with our prospects and help them to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value by leveraging Aria’s industry leading SaaS Recurring reputed company platform. The ideal candidate will require a balance of technical and sales aptitude including the ability to be the primary technical contact during sales engagements, assess business and technical fit of our products, and recommend solutions to clients.Responsibilities
  • Provide direct sales support on the Aria platform by conducting discovery sessions, configuring product presentations, presenting solution designs, giving best practice recommendations and business, functional and technical support to prospective clients during the sales process.
  • Clearly reputed company the benefits and differentiators of the platform to cross functional teams including product, technology, finance, and executives
  • Prepare RFx responses in a timely and effective manner
  • Contribute to various projects to create and enhance sales tools, platform and technical collateral, in support of the broader team

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Sr. Sales Engineer providing sales support for an reputed company solution in reputed company and competitive sales cycles

  • Proficient understanding of web application and integration technologies, specifically APIs, SDKs, and business rules engines

  • Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Excellent verbal and written technical and interpersonal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in billing or monetization based processes or solutions
