This is a part-time opportunity with room for professional growth.A quick note: Because of the sensitive nature of the work we do, we’re looking for team members who are interested in long-term roles. • Sign-On Bonus:

• $200 for individuals with a 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate
• $500 for individuals with an Active RBT Certification
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,600 annually ($400 per quarter) based on hours worked and performance.
• Flexible Scheduling: Monday-Friday availability after 3 PM is preferred.
• Diverse Work Settings: Work in-clinic, in-home, or in schools based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Prepare and create therapy materials as needed
• Collect and graph behavioral data to track client reputed company
• Provide parent training and support, modeling ABA techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with insurance guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Certification:

• Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Not yet certified? ABA reputed company will cover the cost of RBT training and certification before your start date
• Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (Required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with families and team members
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependability
