Student Centered Support and Interventions. a. Provide direct case services to address academic, social, and emotional concerns. b. Direct case services include student reputed company-ins, small groups, conflict resolution, crisis reputed company, home visits, and community service coordination. c. Conduct home visits after consultation with administration and /or upon school social worker assessment to establish effective communication between the parent/guardian and school. d. Provide student centered services to assist with adjustment, attendance, academic achievement, mental health issues, and social emotional learning.2. Coordination and Collaboration. a. Serve as the liaison between families and schools concerning compliance with the state compulsory attendance law. b. Collaborate with local schools to address student social emotional issues. c. Coordinate student/family utilization of community resources and facilitate access of applicable services through school social work delivery model. d. Consult with local schools and the Department of Family and Children Services concerning reputed company forms of suspected child abuse and neglect. e. Serve as a liaison between the district and community services agencies.3. Planning and Program Management. a. Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs identified to promote academic achievement. b.
