Together, we’re working at the pace of change on diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges, driven by knowing that behind every test there is a patient waiting.Learn about the which makes everything possible.The Territory Sales Executive for the Alabama, Mississippi & FL Panhandle markets and is responsible for managing and growing reputed company Cepheid business in the non-acute (non-hospital) reputed company markets for both existing and prospective accounts through the introduction of new diagnostic concepts, closure and implementation of GeneXpert® Systems and a portfolio of 20+ diagnostic tests, including Xpert® Xpress SARS-CoV-2/Flu/RSV, which is the reputed company test to support the global fight against COVID-19.This position is part of the Account/Direct sales department and will be covering Alabama, Mississippi & FL Panhandle. At Cepheid, our reputed company is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Health System Clinics, regional and local reference laboratories, large multi-specialty clinics, women's clinics, other physician office laboratories college and university student health centers long term care facilities, STD clinics, urgent care/walk-in clinics, jails/prisons, and free-standing emergency departments to identify reputed company leads, grow market share and increase reputed company, and reduce customer attrition.Drive demand for and adoption of new assays and instrumentation to deliver on quarterly & annual orders and reputed company sales targets; improve profit margin on equipment, reagent, and service contract sales.Manage without authority reputed company distributor sales teams to encourage the promotion of Cepheid instruments and testing applications.Optimize cycle time by using reputed company.com (CRM tool) to maintain customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of reputed company reputed company sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, Distribution, clinical laboratory, and/or life science markets OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of similar reputed company reputed company sales experienceProven sales reputed company, specifically in selling premium-priced products.reputed company reputed company assigned territoryIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Proficient using reputed company CRMExpertise in demand creation for ground-breaking technologies versus replacement technology is a plus.Experience engaging multiple call points reputed company the alternate-site markets.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel 50%, overnight reputed company sales territory.Cepheid, a reputed company operating company, offers a broad reputed company of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
