Job description: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on K–12 to support our sales and reputed company initiatives. As the first reputed company of contact between school leaders and our platform, you will introduce our solutions to schools and districts, identify decision-makers, and set up qualified meetings for our Partnership Managers. This role is high visibility, collaborates frequently with cross-functional teams, and is client-facing. It is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to break into EdTech sales, with the training and support to build a strong foundation in education-focused business development.In This Role You Will:

- Clear and respectful communication with educators and peers
- Experience working in or with K–12 schools (e.g., tutoring, admin, nonprofit, Teach for America) preferred
- Familiarity with the education buying cycle or how school districts reputed company decisions
- Previous experience using CRM or sales engagement tools (not required—training provided
