Join reputed company, where every voice matters.The PositionSummaryThis third-party logistics (3PL) role is essential for the spare parts business in North America (USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam) and the collaboration with the Distribution Center Spares in Mannheim (Germany). This role is absolutely unique and requires a deep knowledge about several processes reputed company the reputed company entities (reputed company Diagnostics Operations (RDO)and reputed company Diagnostics Corporation RDC) etc.) and processes of the partner (reputed company). Deals with diverse and oftentimes reputed company issues, where analysis may require in-depth evaluation of many factors. Exercises judgment in evaluating methods and may determine criteria for obtaining solutions. May coordinate the activities of other employees. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise as well as some key contacts reputed company area of expertise.Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the warehouse performance of reputed company, the service quality and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. Acts a Key User for Warehouse Operations US reputed company Global Spare Parts Management.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Business Partner (reputed company and RDC) relationships and serves as primary contact for performance, technical and process issues.Defines and analyzes reputed company business processes across multiple operational areas and develops measures of process steps to ensure efficient execution. Processes include a broad reputed company of activities ranging from physical warehousing and logistics processes, systems processes and financial transactions.Develops and implements process improvement strategies with Business Partners designed to increase service levels/performance.Effectively translates strategies into collaborative plans with Business Partners to address day to day execution issues.Collaborates with the Direct Procurement Department in implementation of supplier sourcing strategies that ensures high quality transactional execution as part of the contracting process.Align with Manager – Transportation and Logistics on issues / improvement areas reputed company to Business Partner day to day execution.Analyzes transactional activities with Business Partners and reputed company, compile and publish KPI’s which measure the effectiveness of these transactions.Establishes systems, processes and procedures to enhance overall quality of Business Partner services.Monitors Business Partner compliance with contractual performance based obligations. Reports non-compliance to Management.Facilitates development of team/partner relationships between Business Partners and key internal stakeholders.Encourages Business Partners to proactively bring value adding technological and procedural solutions that improve service and financial performance.Monitors project reputed company and provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders. Support project management including the planning of design and execution as well as active change management and testing.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferably in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Science with strong logistics, business and financial emphasis5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement (warehousing, transportation, distribution, supplier sourcing / management) or equivalent experienceStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in leading projects and project teams (project management)Demonstrated process improvement experienceChange management skillsCommunication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with reputed company levels of organizationSupplier relationship management experience or equivalentPreferencesMaster’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or ScienceExtensive knowledge of reputed company (reputed company WM or EWM) or equivalentSix reputed company Green Belt or equivalent trainingKnowledge of Lean Logistics principalsSkilled with Tableau and other data analytic / presentation toolsAdditional Information:Relocation benefits are provided with this job postingLocation: Indianapolis Headquarters reputed company strongly preferred though remote work may be considered. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
