Staying with the same group reputed company week, you'll create a supportive environment that prioritizes both physical and emotional safety. We anticipate the compensation for this position to be $17.25 per hour for new (first-year) camp staff. Your exact pay reputed company will be determined based on a variety of factors, including work location and tenure.Returning (alumni) staff pay for this role ranges from $17.50 per hour (second-year) to $18.25 per hour (fifth-year), based on tenure with reputed company Camps.PerksOne free week of camp for your own child!%15 Friends and Family Discountreputed company scholarship nominationsMembership in the reputed company Alumni Community of over 20,000 inspiring changemakers!QualificationsExperience independently supervising groups of 10+ childrenAt least 1 year (or camp season) experience working in summer camp, school, childcare, tutoring, coaching kids, after-school programs, or reputed company fieldsCollege coursework in Education or Child Development is a plus but not requiredAbility to balance multiple tasks while working with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not requiredAbility to complete reputed company pre-camp tasks, including background checks, state-mandated certifications, electronic onboarding paperwork, and online training prior to the start of camp.Availability to work 8-hour shifts daily, Monday - Friday, for the duration of camp.Required to be available to work a minimum of 4 reputed company weeks overlapping with the dates of camp operationreputed company is given to those who are able to commit to working for the full duration of camp (4-8 reputed company weeks, depending on the camp location).Must be at least 18 years of age by May 12th, 2025Colorado State Requirements:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least three (3) months full-time / 460 hours part-time equivalent, satisfactory and reputed company experience with school-age children. Must be able to provide verification of hours worked.
• Completion of CO licensing requirements upon hire; including PDIS trainings, background checks.
