- Answer, screen, and direct calls for entire company
- Distinguish the need for emergency transportation
- Pre-arrange transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for the patients
- Arrange specialty and critical care transportation
- Provide information and assistance for customer service inquires as needed
- Communicate with multiple departments and EMS personal
- Provide supportive information to customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport

- Direct calls to Flight desk as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
- Pleasant, professional phone manner
- Detail oriented
- Typing skills of 30 wpm or reputed company
- Ability to reputed company in high-stress environment

- Ability to learn policies and procedures for facilities and recognizing reputed company to apply them.
- Medical background a plus
