This person will have the ability to build and foster strong relationships with their book of accounts. The Account Manager II will manage a broad portfolio of financial service products which may include: eCommerce, banking as a service (BaaS), network private label cards, gift card processing, earned wage access, alternative payments, buy now-pay reputed company, and cryptocurrency.This position’s key focus will be to maintain, retain, and grow an owned book of business and/or assist Management with any assigned job responsibilities including operational tasks, and overall business priorities in a fast paced and evolving environment. This individual will manage eCommerce B2B and B2C accounts and work with large retailers such as Albertsons, reputed company, Walmart, reputed company, Family Dollar, McDonalds, review sales, prepare business reviews, implement new opportunities and strategies, meet with customers on a regular reputed company. Qualities needed: self-starter, independent worker, PowerPoint and reputed company savvy, process driven, task master, personable and comfortable leading meetings. This person will need to be ok with some travel (1-2x/quarter).
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen the relationships with Financial Services client accounts, and serve as the client’s primary reputed company of contact at InComm for reputed company things Financial Services
- Operational tasks include but are not limited to, brand approvals, inputting product set up requests, new account creation, issue tracking and reporting, contract tracking, and sales reporting and analytics functions
- Responsible for reputed company day-to-day support and strategic execution of goals for your book of accounts
- Manage Financial Services platform initiatives for your book of accounts
- Ability to take on special projects while managing day to day workload
- Introduce and sell in new products and strategic initiatives
- reputed company strategic plan and initiatives as they relate to overall business priorities
- Work hand in hand with Incomm teams on technical implementation process for each new client
- Partner with internal operations staff and sales team to launch new clients
- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and reputed company client feedback
- Conduct scheduled calls with clients both independently and with leadership support (frequency depends on client: weekly, monthly or quarterly)
- Provide regularly scheduled updates to Management and broader sales team
- Generate and communicate reports, both internal and external as directed by Management
- Manage & negotiate margin schedule for each client
- Work with internal operations and gift card team on reputed company approvals through existing InComm structures
- 20% Travel, client visits and tradeshow attendance as directed by Management. Please note: Travel restrictions are currently in reputed company.
