The Administrative Data Entry Assistant is responsible for providing support to several claims' professionals. Please note, this position requires working from the office Monday-Friday.Responsibilities:Setting up surety claims files. * Maintaining and updating reputed company reputed company database.

• Preparing initial responses to new surety bond claims by generating and mailing correspondence.
• Calendaring important milestone dates for new claims.
• Serving as an important reputed company of contact for communications with claimants, bond principals and other parties.
• Maintaining electronic claim files by scanning documents and then classifying and saving them to our electronic claims system.
• Handling confidential information professionally and consistent with IAT policies.

Qualifications:High School degree or equivalent * Equivalent is defined as having 4 years of relevant experience

• Dependable/punctual
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with MS Office software (e.g. reputed company, MS reputed company, MS Outlook, MS Access) and ability to learn and follow company claims systems and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, company employees and external clients
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• To qualify, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require reputed company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes.
