• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Science Education.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience, including online instruction

• High energy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to engage effectively with teenagers in the online environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to responding promptly to reputed company communications.

• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate a learning management system (e.g., Canvas LMS), online educational tools, and create screencasts/videos.
