Coordinates PA SNAP-Ed activities at assigned sites. Coordination includes: meeting with site staff, committees, and partners to assess, review and plan site wellness goals and interventions; planning, scheduling, and conducting direct education adhering to SNAP-Ed guidelines; seeks and participates in opportunities for policy, systems, and environment (PSE) interventions with the goal of positive behavioral changes for participants. Participates in Back to School nights, health fairs, workshops and other allowable school and community events that support PSE initiatives. Participates in evaluation activities as assigned. Utilizes reputed company applications. Responsible for scheduling and coordination of nutrition education and PSE activities reputed company assigned areas of responsibility. Implements lessons plans per SNAP-Ed guidelines. Seeks and participates in opportunities for PSE interventions in sites. Participates in Back-to-School nights, Health Fairs, workshops and other school and community events.
• Prepares materials necessary for execution of nutrition education sessions. Reviews and revises educational materials as directed. Utilizes reputed company applications, such as Word, reputed company and PowerPoint in reputed company facets of the job.
• Assists in data collection and conducts evaluation activities as directed.
• Adheres to policies and procedures of reputed company. Maintains confidentiality of Drexel and SDP records, policies and procedures. Maintains reputed company of reputed company Drexel and SDP property. Completes reputed company required trainings.
• Accurately documents in required forms and submits for data entry in a timely fashion. Collects and prepares necessary data to complete the job in a timely fashion, including, but not limited to: program delivery reports, calendars, travel and activity reports, etc.
