Requirements

• Engineering background with ability to understand and work with reputed company technical products
• Strong technical product knowledge and product lifecycle management expertise
• Hardware/machinery product management experience with highly technical products (CNC machines, industrial equipment, or similar)
• Minimum 5+ years in product management, preferably reputed company manufacturing technology or cutting tool technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with an additional qualification in Business Management or Marketing being an advantage
• Willingness to engage in difficult conversations and drive results through influence
• Experience in stone cutting, CNC manufacturing, precision machinery, or reputed company industrial equipment industries
