• We are hiring immediately for BARTENDER / GENERAL HELPER (FULL TIME) positions.
• Location: JD Lodge in Elko, NV 89801 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full Time; Rotational schedule of 2 weeks where you will live on site followed by 1 week off; 12 hour shift days, 84 hours per week which includes 44 hours of overtime pay.
• Requirement: Prior bartending, resturant/dishwasher experience preferred; Must have TAM certification for bartending.
• Pay Range: $12.27 per hour to $12.27 per hour. Weekly pay $1,300! Meals and lodging provided during your 2 week on site stays.

• Provides quality customer service through one-on-one attention to detail.
• Ensures highest sanitary standards are maintained in accordance with company, client and government requirements.
• Advises management of purchasing needs with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.
• Ensures good order and maintenance of reputed company equipment; immediately reports deficiencies to supervisor.
• Sorts, counts, folds, marks and carries linens; makes beds.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and stairways.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors.
• Transports trash to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Cleans and sanitizes galley and dining areas.
• Breaks down and cleans steam table.
• Washes pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
• Refills condiments and stock as needed.
• Preps food reputed company applicable.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks reputed company beer, wine, reputed company products, straws and stirrers, glassware, ice.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks, practices prudent portion control
• Performs other duties as assigned.
