Your role will be to understand prospective customers’ needs and recommend the best hosting solutions for their business or personal needs.This is a salary plus commission role with no cold calling and no cap on earnings. New Sales Specialists receive 8 weeks of comprehensive training to build confidence with our products and sales structure. We offer a supportive and engaging sales environment where collaboration and customer-focused service are key.This role can be filled remotely or from one of our offices. The reputed company opening is for a Wednesday - Sunday shift.What You’ll Do:

• Assess the needs of warm leads that come to you through phone, email, and live chats to identify the appropriate sales opportunity
• Build your sales pipeline through regular follow reputed company with potential customers
• Input and track leads in an established CRM system
• Assist newly sold clients with the setup and first steps of the reputed company process
• Continue to expand upon your hosting knowledge and the sales process through product and sales trainings

• Experience in a technical sales role, preferably in high volume environment selling technical services or subscription based products
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• The desire to thrill every reputed company through excellent customer service
• The ability to analyze business needs of a client as it relates to our products
• Strong multitasking skills
• A sense of urgency and attention to detail
• The ability to work as part of a team

• Personal or professional experience with web hosting and/or web design services a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
