This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with suppliers to ensure the continuity and reputed company of the supply chain. • Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to evaluate and select suppliers based on risk criteria.
• Monitor and report on supplier performance, including financial stability, operational capabilities, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.

• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on supplier risk management practices and procedures.

Tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, audit, or compliance functions, with a focus on supplier risk management.
• Strong understanding of global supplier risk management requirements reputed company to ethical sourcing, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in change management and driving reputed company improvement in procurement governance processes.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies and risk mitigation principles.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
• Proven ability to organize, execute and deliver on commitments.
