Client Services Engineer

Job title: Client Services Engineer in Foster City, CA at Zoox Company: Zoox Job description: As a member of the Client Services team, a Client Service Engineer will be responsible for Zoox's employee-facing technical services. You will mentor and assist Client Service Technicians with day-to-day support operations. You will work closely with the business and other IT teams to troubleshoot issues, increase efficiency, and improve user experience.In this role, you will:

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for reputed company end user technology services while in-person, or remote reputed company Jira Service Desk and reputed company.
• Research, install/implement, and upgrade internal systems and Saas platforms.
• Purchase hardware and software, and contribute to quarterly financial planning.
• Deploy and maintain conference room systems, printers, digital signage, and other office equipment.
• Work cross-collaboratively on client-reputed company projects to improve reputed company, increase efficiency, or improve user experience.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal team processes and user-facing support articles.
• Travel may be required to support various locations reputed company the Bay Area.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a similar IT Support / Admin role.
• Experience with Windows 10, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with VMware and client level virtualization software (reputed company, VirtualBox, etc.)
• Experience with reputed company Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Strong reputed company foundation and reputed company or user best practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing and documentation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory account administration.
• Experience configuring and/or troubleshooting Single-Sign on (Azure, reputed company, Ping, etc.)
• Solid understanding of reputed company management tools (ECM/Intune, reputed company, Landscape, etc.)
• 1-2 years of scripting experience preferred (PowerShell, bash, Python, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills.

CompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $106,000 to $150,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning reputed company a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
