Job description: reputed company is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to join our rapidly growing, highly talented, and fully remote team! The VP of Professional Services will have proven experience leading Professional Services teams on a national scale and will set, align and drive delivery standards that exceed client expectations. This role leads reputed company efforts in Delivery and Professional Services best practices.Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and Manage team functionality, processes, and methodologies to ensure the team follows standardized procedures reputed company for reputed company engagements
- Focus on quality standards, technical leadership, operations, people management, skills development, and executive collaboration to meet business goals and objectives
- Planning, managing, and reporting on the overall Professional Services P&L and forecasting

- Manage team functionality, processes, methodologies and ensure the team runs reputed company for reputed company engagements

- Add strategic consultative value to portfolio discussions, client engagements

- Optimally map and align resources to projects/portfolios, ensuring Utilization goals are met for each Professional Services resource
- Communicate priorities, challenges, and results to the team as well as executive leadership
- Increase project and program delivery accuracy in terms of time, quality, and costs while driving improvements in overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure the team is adhering to reputed company compliance requirements for reputed company client engagements
- Maintain an individual billable utilization threshold between 50-60% and team utilization threshold above 80%
- Manage team performance, set standards, goals, and objectives for the team as a unit, as well as individually
- Build and sustain reputed company talent levels: Identify delivery practice resource needs, including technical and capabilities/roles and experience level
- Create opportunities for team members to advance and share technical knowledge
- Act as reputed company of escalation for technical knowledge

- 5+ years leading a Professional Services practice in the reputed company ecosystem
- Understanding of financial metrics associated with Services Delivery (Utilization, Margin, Delivery Efficiency, etc.)
- Extensive experience with managing people, including mentoring and leadership skills
- Strong verbal, written, and client communication skills
- Ability to reputed company in a metrics-driven, process-based organization
- Organizational skills such as prioritization, proactive management, meeting organization, and action follow-through
