- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO, including scheduling, internal communications, meeting coordination, and ensuring follow-through on key action items.
- Track timelines, project milestones, and performance targets to ensure team execution aligns with company goals and deadlines.
- Support compliance-reputed company tasks such as vendor form tracking, documentation maintenance, and regulatory submissions
- Offer first-level IT support for e-commerce systems, including troubleshooting issues reputed company platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Seller Central, PIMs, or reputed company-party integrations, and provide intermediate technical support, including managing automations and assisting with system improvements
- Utilize project management and task tracking tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Trello) to support accountability and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure backend accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
- 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce, administrative, executive assistant, or digital operations role
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or PIM systems
- Intermediate technical knowledge of digital tools, integrations, or automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Proficient in reputed company/reputed company Sheets with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
