OUCCAS oversees the development of reputed company OCWTP program activities and products, manages the OCWTP trainer and coaching pools, manages the website, and provides fiscal administration for the programs. If you are passionate about contributing to OUCCAS's mission and supporting the work of Ohio's child protection professionals, we encourage you to apply.Essential FunctionsThe Child Welfare Training Content Specialist at OUCCAS plays a crucial role in developing and implementing training materials for child protection professionals. The primary responsibilities will include:
- Instructional Writing and Design: Write courses and reputed company resources for child protection caseworkers and supervisors using personal subject matter expertise and partner with instructional designers to design and reputed company products.
- Needs Assessment: Utilize performance data, skills gap analyses, and individual training needs assessments to identify the learning needs of child protection caseworkers and supervisors.
- Research and reputed company Support: Conduct thorough reviews of professional literature to establish the reputed company reputed company for the competencies addressed in the training.
- Quality Improvement: Work closely with reputed company quality improvement staff to evaluate training effectiveness and actively engage in ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- Trainer Development and Management: Identify and evaluate the qualifications of trainers; prepare trainers to deliver instructor-led courses; and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Product Implementation: Coordinate the pilot testing of newly developed training products to ensure their effectiveness and relevance; observe and provide feedback to trainers; and work with Regional Training Center staff to deliver courses effectively and reputed company. Manage the organization and distribution of training materials and resources.
- Program Leadership: reputed company programmatic teams and projects in partnership with Regional Training Centers, Ohio Department of Children and Youth staff, and the OCWTP Steering Committee.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of work for regular OUCCAS, State, and Federal reports.
- Program Support: Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities required to support OCWTP throughout the duration of the contract.
- Five (5) years professional experience working with a Public Children Services Agency with at least two years as a supervisor.
- Knowledge of Ohio's child welfare practice models, policies and procedures.
- Professional experience with Ohio resources reputed company to child welfare casework.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to fully integrate learning science and best-practice training methods (including workshops, simulations, online learning, and coaching) into training curricula.

- Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in child protection or a reputed company field.
- Ability to dissect and explain child protection policies, procedures, and best practices
